Shipping and Payment Information

United States Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders shipped to the continental United States. We exclusively use UPS for these orders. Since UPS cannot ship to a Post Office box, we do ask for a street address before shipping your item to you. Also, please provide a phone number for UPS to contact you if they have any problems with delivery.
 

For our customers in Alaska and Hawaii, we will ship your items through the U.S. Postal Service. Insurance is included. Please provide a contact number in case there are any delivery problems.
 

We will provide you with a tracking number by email once your item has shipped.

Domestic orders usually ship within 10 business days, but can sometimes take up to 3 weeks to ship.
 

International Shipping

International shipping will be through United States Post Office Priority Mail (airmail) and includes postal insurance. We do offer worldwide shipping, so if your country is not listed, or shipping charges are not automatically calculated, just email service@fossilreplica.com for a shipping quote.
 

We do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Balkans, Belarus, Bolivia, Burma, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of the Congo, Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, or Zimbabwe.

Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control.
 

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Purchase Orders

We happily accept purchase orders from accredited schools. Schools can place orders online by indicating the payment method of "purchase order" during the checkout process. Purchase orders are only accepted if shipping to a school address. We require that you also fax your purchase order to confirm the online order. When your order is shipped, we will send an invoice to your school for payment. Standard net 30 terms apply.
 

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Colorado.
